Event Description:
Join SARTA's CleanStart to connect with the region’s top clean tech companies; learn about new green, clean products and services; and hear from some of the area’s leading experts who are leading the charge in workforce opportunities, technology development and public/private partnerships. In this mind-expanding workshop, you will be introduced to thinking and planning that goes beyond stabilizing costs in a down economic cycle. Eric Douglas and Ken Gregory of Leading Resources Inc. (LRI) will take you through a process of thinking about your company’s core values, its strategic focus, and its strategic positioning. They will help you identify the specific things you should be paying attention to in growing your company. Due to the workshop nature of this event, seating is limited to 30 persons.
