Business Plan

AT THE END OF EACH CALENDAR YEAR, THE SACRAMENTO METRO Chamber establishes a focused course of action for the upcoming year through a board of directors' strategic planning retreat. The contents of the Metro Chamber's annual Business Plan are the result of bringing together the organization's vision, mission statement, 5-year strategic plan, committee priorities and outcomes of the annual board retreat.

The Business Plan is designed to keep the organization working toward a clear and deliberate set of objectives, while keeping those objectives aligned with top priorities which are focused on fostering regional economic prosperity.
