to lobby Congress, committee staff and key members of the administration on issues important to economic growth and development in the
Sacramento
region. The Capitol-to-Capitol program, Cap-to-Cap as it is commonly known, is the largest local chamber of commerce program of its kind in the nation. This year, the Metro Chamber is hosting approximately 400 delegates (photo below) in
