Vintage at Natomas Field Apartments

Vintage at Natomas Field celebrated a grand opening on Wednesday April 30.  Robert Welton of the Metro Chamber presented a congratulatory letter from Metro Chamber CEO Matt Mahood. ATV Video Center - Rocklin

ATV Video Center celebrated a grand opening of it's newest location, on April 23.  Denise Frazier of the Metro Chamber was the master of ceremonies and presented Anna Cunningham a congratulatory letter from Metro Chamber CEO Matt Mahood. Pacific Business Centers – On Demand Office Space

PACIFIC BUSINESS CENTERS – On Demand Office Space celebrated a grand opening on April 10.  Robert Welton of the Metro Chamber was the master of ceremonies and presented Tracy Wilson a congratulatory letter from Metro Chamber CEO Matt Mahood. Metro Chamber ambassadors were in attendance.   There was a unique atmosphere with a business trade show featuring local restaurants, wineries and a business to business format with approximately 35 showcased businesses. Folsom Lake Honda

Folsom Lake Honda celebrated a Ground Breaking ribbon cutting celebration on Tuesday, March 25. Robert Welton of the Metro Chamber presented a congratulatory letter from Metro Chamber CEO Matt Mahood. 5th District Supervisor Don Nottoli and many Metro Chamber ambassadors were in attendance.

Skorman Productions

Skorman Productions celebrated the exclusive Grand Opening Preview Party of the new Borders Live Classes™ program on March 13, at the Borders store at 2339 Fair Oaks Boulevard in Sacramento.  This event was the public’s first opportunity to receive a sampling of several of the program’s unique classes. The Preview Party featured classes on a variety of hot topics, including relationships, investing, small business, self-help, parenting and hobbies. Telomolecular celebrated a Ribbon Cutting, March 7, for a new product launch of Bimene, a nanotechnology anti-aging face cream. The company develops bio-pharamceutical medicines designed to treat aging and age-related diseases. Bimene is the first product designed to deliver an important beauty ingredient where it is needed--in the dermal layer of the skin. At the Ribbon Cutting was Rancho Cordova City Councilmember Ken Cooley. Lilliput Children’s Services - Auburn Blvd.

Lilliput Children’s Services celebrated a grand opening on January 30, at 3555 Auburn Blvd. Sacramento. Efraín Cornejo of the Metro Chamber presented a congratulatory letter from Metro Chamber CEO Matt Mahood. Metro Chamber ambassadors were in attendance. Lilliput recruits, trains, and certifies foster/adoptive families. Most of the children referred to our agency are adopted by Lilliput families and a small percentage is reunified with their birth family. The agency's goal for a child is a permanent home.

Lilliput is able to assist each family in satisfying their unique needs by providing for a wide range of children. The majority of children coming into the agency's care are between the ages of 0 and 8 years; all have been neglected and/or abused. The Art Institute of California - Sacramento

The Art Institute of California – Sacramento celebrated its grand opening/ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, January 24.  Efrain Cornejo of the Sacramento Metro Chamber, along with several Metro Chamber ambassadors, were in attendance to help with the ribbon cutting.  Representatives from Senator Darrell Steinberg’s office and Assemblymember Dave Jones’ office presented Roger Gomez, President of The Art Institute of California – Sacramento with a joint resolution recognizing Ai as an important source of culinary arts, media arts, fashion and design as well as a proven track record of success.  During the ceremony, a letter of welcome from Governor Schwarzenegger was read.  More than 100 guests attended and enjoyed a wonderful culinary cuisine provided by 34 Art Institute Chefs.  For more information about The Art Institute of California – Sacramento, call (800) 477-1957 or visit the school’s website at www.artinstitutes.edu/sacramento.

Peet’s Coffee & Tea (Howe Ave. & Hallmark Dr.)

Peet’s Coffee & Tea celebrated the opening of their newest location (Howe Ave. and Hallmark Dr.) with a grand opening on February 21.  Efraín Cornejo of the Metro Chamber served as the master of ceremonies and presented Erinn Uhles with her new membership plaque.
